class change delay..

You created ticket at Saturday, in next 24 hours after ticket was created supports accepted your ticket ( it was Sunday ) and told that your class will be changed at Monday ( because we are not changing classes at Sunday ). Right now they are chenging classes based on queue. And as it's telling in topic, your class change must be made in 12 hours after ticket accepted, but can't be changed at Sunday. So count starting from today morning ( when supports start working ).

so just write that on class change page in forum, because i'am would never open a topic like this to complain..

Theres no info about delay from queue or max waiting time  for change it.

can close topic..

There are no delay. Even your ticket are still making in time.

Your ticket must be answered in 24 hours and it was answered: 2018-01-28 12:42:57

So after this must start 12 hours when supports must change your class, but 28 Jan is Sunday.

From the moment of the answer, Class change will be made withing 12 hours.
Class changes will not be made on Sundays!
So this 12 hours starting from Monday morning when supports start they work and they start work from:

Support Center work time -  10:00 - 22:00 CET

So your class change must be made in 12 hours after 10 CET.

So your class change wasn't delayed or anything, it's still making in time.
