It is really hard game for new players

Nobody has reached max lvl yet although this server has 2 years

Endgame is about pvp/sieges/epic raidbosses. However, there is no real endgame and you must grind all the time

1. use brains and be adequate could help

2. make necro\sph\pr go cdl\fc on x2 exp mobs. u will need to buy rechargers&buff. aoe in proper cp is fine too. u can buy adena with selling cols. and buy equip with that adena.

3. mass pvp, siedges, pvp for raid bosses, fights for epics.grind is pretty short time - its more tablets farm\quest in toi then grind for lvls

Everything depends on your class. Archers are most likely solo farmers and raid hunters. Mages/meele aoe farmers, but now at 2.0 I see meele farmings raids too.
We don't have any max level yet and here you don't need to rush, just play one main character, not 10 different chars and all 50lvl around max. 
There is no way to catch up on end game, because we're getting here updates, which gives us new features, so just join a clan or cp, make some friends and spend your time by farming or anything else
