doubt of rune upgrade.

hello all, i have a doubt abaut runes, lets expouse the doubt with a example, if i got a tyrr lv3 and want to upgrade to lv4, if i upgrade and fail, just lose the rune who i use to upgrade? or can i lose both runes?. the one lv3 and the lv1 im using to upgrade?

if u fail upgrade as result ull have only 1 rune lvl 1

mhmm that means that the rune lv3 i was trying to upgrade goes down to lv1 if it fail? or the lv1 i use for upgrade its the one lose?

You always lose the higher level one unfortunately. E.g. - you have 1x Rune lv 1 and 1x Rune lv 2 -> you upgrade -> you get either 1x Rune lv 3 (success) or 1x Rune lv 1 (fail)
