bsklakis2 47 Report post Posted September 1, 2018 is the enchanting rune system bugged?? i mean i tried like 100 runes today and i made 2 level 2 from sigel and yul. I could not make a single level 2 rune. How much is the success rate to make level 2? 25%? 30%? how can i make high level runes when i can not make a level 2 rune? You obviously haven't combined the runes on a dwarf with +16 STR on the northern Toma spot, otherwise you'd get two level 13 runes with 20 sealed's ? Quote Share this post Link to post
