Game closes after logging in

Hi , new to server. I followed all the instructions but after logging in the game just closes down

You type in wrong password

Game says I have account with no characters created.

Every time I log in with my login name and password game closes. My password is correct.

Try to login with same info on web ( ingame login + pass, not e-mail + pass )

It fixed when I made a second account from the main.
