There was a rule that you can't pull rbs to town

I've tried to do that, as soon as the boss reached the gate it teleported back to the spawn. No idea how that guy managed to do it.

no, there is rule you cannot pull RBs to castle or let mobs kill traders/fishermen (https://l2classic.club/forum/topic/3531-banunban-politics/ #8 and #9)

its because the moment you attack the boss in peace zone, it ports back to spawn point, the screenshot was taken when the guy had aggro but nobody hit it, so that way the boss still follows

so in the end, i dont see any breaking of rules here
