Game problem

I can not join to the game. Comes to the choice of character, enter the code, then press the start of the game and that's it. Hangs up on the boot screen and throws a critical error.

Can you give me screen of error? With "History:".

I tried to create a new character on the account, a new character comes into the game, everything is fine

I had this same issue, I had to completely uninstall my previous install of the NCWest game and use the classic.club updater to download all of the needed files.

Its happen when You use corrupted NCsoft west files xd
