If I was in your place I'd try to contact support to help you transfer it manually if you can't progress with it.

Hi, i finished that quest 2 weeks ago, so compare with this 

You shoud have killed the quest mob, talked to irene and then talked to tablet vision. And only then return to city

If you cant progress do as Frydery said, they ll transfer you. Make a ticket or talk to San0
