Problem with log in in game.

Hey i will quickly say whats going on. Actually when i press my account name and password, its start to log me in , but after 5 second its freeze. And the client close automatically, .... , how can i fix it ?

this doesnt sound like wrong password or login. it would just crash imidieatly
