Feoh's powers - what to choos?

can U explain me what is the difference betwin "Feoh's magical power" & "Feoh's empower"?

Magical power adds M.Atack bonus / But aslo increase Mana consupmtion

Empower Ads M.Atack bonus, without mp skill conumption penelty.

ok, but...

when I have Feoh's rune 6 lvl there is no dubt what to chose? Becouse Empower gives +55 M.atk. and Magical Power gives just +49,24 and takes 15% MP more??

That makes no sens...

It's pretty stupid but it's how it works... Just take the one without penalty :)
