how to recover a master account

I played here long time ago, and I'm trying to log back on the website, it says my passwords are all wrong, I try to send the recovery mail to get the code to reset the password but I tried many times from different browsers and i never get the email with the code, what else I would do?

There might be one simple reason: u forgot the right email. 
If this is ot, then once GMs helped me, when i told my account name, they gave me part of my email name which it was registered to, so i memorized the full name in counted minutes and recovered whole account.

I doubt it... my email is the same as my forum email, and its the right one on the forum

I had this problem I believe the sending of the instant message was blocked
