[NOT BUG]blue gemstone droprate (for shots)

Hello, any1 else noticed that blue gemstone drop is weird? I did tests with 10 chars, sometimes it's from the 1st mob sometimes it takes 50 of them.

Any info from admins on this?

​Its Strange I always get it in first kill (at least with dwarf)

It's because you didn't get a drop quest if you one shot a mobs, if you hit them with your weapon instead of your skill, you get a blue gemstone.

ahahahah so funny. Last night I had a dream that created this kind of post and so did video   Too much l2 in my brains though. 
Problem is : Some quest items drop rate is like -90% if you one hit kill monsters. Don't know why is it made. Maybe to punish KS'ers? While people doing KS for quest and disturbing doing quest for dwarf/fighter classes? Still I though its an old relic from old chronicles and does not fit in classic here
