[FIXED]Soulshot consuption

Pretty much all the weapons shows incorrect  data, Top no gr bow says 4 soulshot per hit, but takes 7, D gr mage staff's says 1, but takes two. Lot of skill description is incorrect.. duh...

Item using right amount of shots. Problem in description. So only description of items will be changed. Amount of shot using will not be change cause it's right.

​With new patch will be changed description that will show on items right amount of shot.
