Greetings, Is progress Tracker with problem or at lv77 it stop to work?

I'm trying to deliver my 600badges but there is no box saying anything or any action from NPC

Hi, I found the bug.

When u start quest at SV then move to GC (which drops 5x at time) it passes the 600badge count, (I was with 689).

I try to manually delete 89 but no effect.

Just now I deleted more 20 and stayed 580, then got back at SV and finish the quest normally.

 

 

and yes, not dialog box or text when I clicked link to deliver.
