chevignon Posted October 30, 2015 Report Posted October 30, 2015 we had nearly the same topic about frost flame.u trying to land low lvl skills ( lvl 14 and lvl 20) on a lvl 30 mob...that dont works...when u reach lvl 30 and takes the new skill lvl skill will work againso remember important isnt UR lvl..important is ur SKILL lvl
