Hello!

The minimum lvl requirement for shouting and whispering has been increased to lvl 21. This is a temporarily change. It's for lowering the amount of whispering you're getting from adena sellers.

And please, update your client through the updater.

Use launcher. Your files need updates. You can not use whisper or shout up until 21 level. Bot chat spam prevention system.
