You do not meet the requirements to create offline shop?wtf? i have in inventory  "offline trade envelope Final Beta" but this item used when offline shot not free

​maybe this was the day when offline shop was free for all..there are sometimes free shopping days

as chevignon said, free shop is not all the time, its only in certain days and hours. when Shop Lucky Days period is not on you have to use the ticket normaly if you wish to place a offline shop
