What do you mean? You were always able to have 3 cubics at once and 1 if you`re any other character w/o mastery. You can`t have 4 cubics - 3 from mastery and additional party one. If that is even close to what you`re talking about cuz i`m not sure that I understand what you want to say.

​There is no way to get the 3rd cubic on summoners since there are no party cubic buffs/smart cubic in classic.

Summon cubic mastery lvl 2 is a 100% waste of sp, and a noobtrap. Its pretty troll that ncsoft left it in.

​too bad that i dont find the source anymore but i found once a roadmap till 3.0 of korea classic in their forum.

Was to a time when 1.5 were implemented in korea and a user asked for the future plans. So one of the moderators posted a screenshot with their plans.

As far as i remember it was a custom one that was never seen before in L2
