PA conditioning

I have three computers in my home and one IP. I, my wife and son we are playing in la2 (on this server we are new). How many PA I should  necessarily to buy - two, one or nothing?

if u have 3 computers and the plan is to run 1 client on each computer u dont need to buy any premium account.

the client restrictions are applied for computers only and not for IP.

​How come me and my roommate cannot log on at the same time without one of us having PA? Different computers but same internet connection.
