no chance to transfer char to normal accaunt ?

To transfer character to another account you need to prove that you are current account's and it's email owner. If you can't do it, we can't make transfer.

Anyway, if it is your personal character and it's account wasn't shared with other people (was used by you only), pm e character's name and it's creation day. We will see.
