Thats what u ppl usually do. I didn't say that it was 90-95% on char buffed with rs. We were talking about chars without rs buff, so I meant that I had 90-95% without rs. Cant find my post about that, but I remember that the numbers were ruled by random more then by rs buff (for example it could be 7\50 resisted without RS buff and 4\50 resisted with RS buff). I can say about you the same - proof or never happened. But who need the exact numbers if it 80 or 90 % - it still 100% stunlock which is cancer.

With the same lvl it would be not 59% but much higher.

Debuffs landing rates are understandable vs lowel lvls but sws 77 +12 con(+3 con from Doom set) vs lower lvl HE match should look like differently as I think. Also about "bug"\"no bug" - it dependent if it works as designed. And only koreans can tell us what they were trying to design. well yday i've seen how sws with +12 con had like 19\20 stuns landed from HE, also I've enjoyed stuns going through circlet and ud talic in 30-40% of cases. but i'm afraid admins will not change these stupid rates, so enjoy stunlock\fearlock forever!
