Lvling to 40 it's harder than 20 expecially since spammer will get banned on regular basis and won't go into raids. It may take them 2-4 days of grind for getting banned in few hours making the whole process pointless. This seems just a lazy answer from devs. If they don't wat to modify that they can just put a limit on the numbers of message and words one can spam every hour till 40.

Reciving PMs every time i get into the city it's really getting on my nerves. I blocked at least 4ppls in 3 days What about blocking the ability to PM before lvl 40?

Raids. Just look 24/7 for raids in the party window. if you are lucky a botter or some overgeared farmers will add you with FK pt and you will take up to 30-50% exp ( even whole lvls if you use XP buff ) from a single raid.

Guess you missed the reply when i said: "There were surely better way to manage the drops than this. This way they just killed any chance for the new players to get into the game." Even: "The team who kills the raid gets the loot" it's better than this. At least you still got a change to give that last hit and overgeared player got more chance to do it. Raid are the ONLY way to get into the game and this way they will just made impossible for smaller clans and new players to catch up.

I did all my raids from start to finish and never exploited the CC rights ( i didn't even know it worked like this ... lvl 68 playing from 2m )... There were surely better way to manage the drops than this. This way they just killed any way for new player to get into the game.

- CC LOOTING RIGHTS. Command channel looting rights have been completely removed from the game. Loot privileges will no longer "LOCK" to the first CC attacking the boss, instead, privileges will belong to the group with the highest contribution for the boss kill. So pretty much you are saying: "We need no new players into the game let's just lock the drop to those overgeared botter." Gz ... if you wanna kill the game that's the fastest way to do it

As new player myself i can get his feelings. This is by far one of the best L2 server i've tried but it's just too old. Game it's totally stale and in the hands of those who managed to overgear themself. Prob something will change when the next massive update will land and A tier stuff will be easier to farm, but as for now the situation it's the following: Early: You won't have massive problems lvling solo ... You can go for raids but remember that those are farmed by 2 clans that exploit the fact that C/B-OE weap don't miss, due to the penality, on lvl 20-30 char. So you gotta be fast and create a PT before they come. Mid game ( 50 - 76 ) : If you can't DB you can pretty much just log once a day for the FoM/ABG raids.... Rarely you may find some AOE party and farm a bit, but that's all. End Game: Still haven't reached that point but i'm pretty sure the situation it's stalled there. I'm ready to bet that top clans pretty much got a total control over Raids ( even the epic ones ) and exp spots. Like it has always been before they instanced every aspect of the game
