​here is a couple of choices about your trouble. The main is file Checking or MSVC++ is corrupted. in other way google won't answer on your quest, only supp L2, but often they can't solve. you can create new folder and place there only updater and start downloading the game client or just use file checker, if the trouble will be left then try to reinstall MSVC++ 2013 and 2010. if it doesn't work then you have to make custom files.

Any debuff will make him be a pussy, cus he is melee. yesterday was pvp glad and DA. His stun was 3 of 5, when my fear 9 of 10. he just stuns you from range and running to you and then gets fear and running away. That was fun and easy to control situation for me.

sure DA is stronger for solo, cus u have a huge panther, who can't attack running objects ( hope this will be fixed soon ) + 90% debuffs chance ( your opponent will be always feared and slowed ). But, in classic panther is very-very slow ( Jesus, help ). here is no ToD and ToL, Pal has only aegis and root+provoke. He is support tank, not solo.

summoners are not such op in classic.
