i was with bow, doing knight profession. i remotely kill Bugbear Raider , sometimes with spell. i have noticed, that they don't drop quest item if was killed in one-shot spell. checked. that's true. if he wasn't killed in one-shot then he drops quest-item ( looks 100% chance ). i don't know about global bug, but saw that mages asking about hitting with hands for quest item in TI ( shield for 20 toads adamantine ). p.s.: I am using neti's bow

calculation is broken. 1 and 2 pictures show: 5 wit with/without magic haste pot. MHP adds cast speed 3 and 4 pictures: 1 wit no difference between with MHP and without MHP. And take a look, cast speed with 1 wit is same like with 5 wit   Â

before installing try to set game settings to minimal, change ram slots, disable virtual memory, bios settings ( all what is in your head and you can do ). Change video adpter from discrete to integrated or delete video drivers. answer on my quest: " Did you played before last update?"

​I don't think that this solution will work. but if you wanna try then try to set different OS like W10 from MS site http://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/2015/10/12/announcing-windows-10-insider-preview-build-10565/ if this won't help then we have reasons: client can't automatically set properly settings or adapt with your hardware.
