Does the count reset after 28 days to day 1?

The mercenary system is a great one - the sieges will become a whole server activity and interesting to see how clans will utilise the recruits for this. I presume the same 0 XP loss apply to this? Also what is clan XP in the new UI for?

New files alone won't bring the people back to use them. This is besides the spirits feature point. I think sharing a longer term roadmap to help people prep for something like a new server would get people more engaged immediately and then also to a healthy population to enjoy the files.

Will this be available on Dion, Ti and Giran servers?

All of this is meaningless because it's too far gone. The clans and CPs have long left, and the ones who remain will keep playing with the changes you propose or without. Better ask for fresh server so that there's again an influx of people and these content updates can happen. And mean something.

Yes and yes. Time to get a new server rolling as so many people are ready to be back on classic. Broader suggestion: Create a catchup classic server that would be seasonal, e.g. 2 years and merge it back to the stable one (dion) over time.
