    If a character is lower more than 6 levels your debuffs will have lower landing rate on them, so a 76 lvl will have trouble stunning 66 lvls.

    It's always been so here, we don't know why but it is so.

    Taduliz was saying that debuffs got fixed, no ugly - we just catched up with levels.

    So server got protection for 3rd party software and  its deisnged to ban people using it right?
    So this guy use it and got ban whats the reason getting unban? It works right it did hes job any reason this topic exsist?

    ​Sadly wise GMs allow to pay for sins of using bots. Which my opinion should not be aviable. And its working up to 2 or 3 chances i heard. But prolly if not this, we would have 2/3 less players, most of them tried boting.

    what im watching actually? U standing whole pvp on sleep, full pt gank 3 ppl, noob commentary, kill ppl on spawn, no thanks.

    only two actions worth watch. The one vs Dee and vs DA at the end. GJ.

    from WL that could not kill boxed PP u advanced to PR which makes big dmg on all two skills he has. Looking forward what will happen next.

    P.S: u have skill called Hex, try it sometimes.

    First of all I want to inform you that I was always playing archer class even in official.
    I started almost 2 years ago in this project playing while it was still beta both WL and Archer.
    When server started i leveled up my archer till 36, stopped, changed to another WL, went back to archer  leveled up until 55+ and then changed back to WL to lvl up faster, now that i reached 69 it seemed fit for me to change back to my favourite PR (the same I was playing in official) and before FC fixed.
    Now about my damage,
    While i hit with FC 1,5k on tank 2-2,5k on fighter and 3-4k on light-robe (unless he is lower level and doesnt have full buffs during fight) it seems to be very stable because while FC cooldown is 5 secs it takes 2 secs(!) to cast it.
    AND NOW I ASK YOU: IN 1 SEC WHAT IS THE DAMAGE MY ARCHER RECIEVES FROM A MAGE EVEN THOUGHT I WEAR FULL SET B JEWELS ++ AND AVADON LIGHT SET?

    ​cool story bro, but i had no objections to ur farm style nor skill damage, so u must be missing me with someone :)

    Well we could do alot about this tbh. But ppl can't decide if they want custom changes to balance or retail like.

    It's not a big afford to decrease chance to 70-80% fear instead of 95%, still 70-80% gonna be pitty, afording alot of luck to resist within 20-30% so nobody would be hurt, well... exacly, nobody will be hurt from good players, the noobs gonna hurr durr u nerfed to 80% i want it retail or im gonna cry on forum forever.

    But thats the main problem that GMs re afraid of to do anything which will improve fun instead of keeping Koreans shit, to listen moaning of noobs that play specific char coz its op.

    Almost every server thats not having in title "retail like Lineage 2 classic server" which i though we re not one of them not so far ago - they do atleast little steps to balance some aspects that Koreans re not aware of, and u can easy find it on their patch notes somewhere.

    so i assume 4870+p.atk archer has. So if he has 1200 p.atk it deal 6070 on full hp. Or smthing like that. Nvm. What i wanted to add.

    mage, archer, warrior, u have +15 weapons. Which re like top A/S grade. Why u re suprised u get 1 shot with such weapons? Why didnt u go for +15 armor? And remember, its B grade armor vs. top A/S grade weapon.

    U decided to make server glowing ++ weapons, u should be awared of that those weapons do high damage. If there would be not +++ weapon a must policy, or no possibility to do that, such PR wouldnt make any suprise on u.

    1. We r clan without CH, its suck, we know it. We r not crying. Classic is bit.h and we love it.

    2.Clan has max 40people is awesome, ally has max 3 clans is perfect.

    Only one reason why u need biggers clans and biggers ally is crying low lvls from Pride/WildatHeart coming to help from high lvls.

    U cant hold your VIGAZERK, i give max 2 months and broke up. Dont be kid, just make in your prime time 3 clans(120activ) of ally and killing everything/everytime. Every 14days u can stop fight with some ally from america/asia and create some contract on CS.

    BeNicePls its fun calculation i got same feeling of it, but back in old l2. Coz ur calculations miss fact that RB reagro even on dwarf with lowest dmg, so its not fitting classic.

    Anyway its good that RB random reagro on anything, i would vote for this, and its good, its avoid of brainless killing RB with afk archers and tank on "coin".
    Brings more fun whats game about.

    expanding number of members in clan is big no for me, because then u can make new clan skills in 1 clan and wuala, whole ally running with maxed passive clan skills

    ​and this is a problem??

    ​well, i dont think making full clan skills is something easy to achieve, so not everybody on server should have access to it, thats why i am against it, ppl should work for those skills, not just let others make it and invite next 50 ppl to clan who can enjoy them for free

    - Mental Shield buff effect both from NPC and chars values was tuned up to better match the official values:

    • lvl1 - 20%
    • lvl2 - 30%
    • lvl3 - 40%
    • lvl4 - 50%
    • Resists to Hold/Sleep/Fear/Mental Attacks.

    gods bless @San0. Hope it will affect on horror.

    Yet please take care of Horror, test, revise, remember on Olympiad theres no Mental Shield.

    Im just explaining u that u re flooding forum. Its alrdy 4 thread bout same. And u missed one point. Last thread u spammed with ur stupid pictures so u had to create another one. U got no skills to make voting poll. Prolly that re reasons of closing it. Yet u open another one, hope mods will take care about it.

    Yes San0 we know where its heading. U re right, theres no point to expanse slots nor clan nor ally. In great times of L2 where servers headed deadly amount of ppl the clan/allies slots were same. They dealth with it, had brain, had skills to use software to communicate, had more leaders than just one leaderwannabe. Yes, no point change that.

    CH feel free to take care of inactive owners.
