I USED THUNDER STORM AND I DIDNT TOUCH THE TARGET. AGAIN I USED SLASHER I HIT AND AGAIN THUNDER STORM DIDNT HIT. BOTH ME AND THE TARGET STOOD STILL. I NEED A GM TO EXPLAIN ME WHY THAT HAPPENED THANKS FOR READING.
