yes, he also regens that much mp every second hit, while u regen half of it every hit, put 1 and 1 together, its not hard to tell u truth, u should just shut up about mages and orfen, coz sano will actually get mad at some point, and he will get orfen fixed to regen 3% with 50% chance, and THEN we will see real crying from you on forums, coz u will get down to 0 like falling rocket, because thats how korean random works in L2

idk man, orfen earring was changed the day soil made this topic showing how it works, are u sure u reported it before and just admins were lazy to repair it? (i mean u reported it when it didnt give mp, coz u can get advantage out of it, what about other way around?)

i believe he was actually trying to explain how it works now, somewhere on second page. but you guys were so busy attacking each other that he most likely gave up trying. overall and if i understood correctly, in a long run you get same amount of MP u get on official (maybe even a bit more). the difference is that you dont have to pray to the gods of randomness for it to happen. my opinion is that is still a bit stronger then of official server. but feels more balanced also. before the flames jump to me also. i am nobody, no top clans, and i defently will never have one of this jewels. debuff land rate isnt influenced by m atk at all, so it doesnt matter what weapon u have if u want to land debuff, just lvl and debuff resist buffs matters (u can find tests from EU off that it should work like that) about enchants giving bonus it is from 2.0 patch notes, so stop being retarded ok? we still dont know if its going to be implemented or not, so just chill about that mind giving us some video proofs with showing equip buffs and everything how u did 5k dmg to equally stacked mage with corresponding buffs? coz i can call bullsh1t w/o blink of an eye i am talking about vortex from mages nerf, coz u know, its freaking OP on off classic, mages doing 8k dmg with it, so i guess it needs some nerf coz its "too OP 1 shot skill"

I get 40 mp from 3200 dmg when skill cost 70 mp, btw i dont see normal ansver from gm how thay change it, and for what attacks, so we have 50% chance amd 3 % mp or 100% chance and 1.5% mp or how he work now ? I think zorgzor finally agreed that PR nerf sux. Mission accomplished Never buhahah. Stil all class will hate one class who can one skill to kill. Dagger need 2-3 skill to kill, and its op pover char with no grade dagger, i dont wana more chars with no grade weapons and 10k dmg. funny how u say archers dont need good weapon, when most of the competitive archers have emi+12/13++ looking forward for mage nerf in 2.0, waterfalls of tears inc.

fisher is making double dmg sano is making to mobs, also sano is AoEing like 7-8 mobs, while fisher is AoEing all the time maximum mobs he can still i doubt it should work like this, getting mp from each hit, it should be chance to get mp back, same like VR was working before changing it

thing u mentioned here how admins removed lot of things its true, u lose some defences, we lose some atk bonuses, but the thing is EVERYBODY loses those advantages, yet when FC is nerfed, only one who is hurt are archer cps u can say its 1 shot class, so its fine how it is, hopefully we can see reducing mages vortex dmg by 80%, so it wont make 8K dmg but 2k dmg, i think will be also good balance and i think u will agree with it, because nobody likes 1 shot skills right?

So now u saying that dagger levels up in same time as warlord ? The thing is staff needs to decide WHY class change is made: 1) For server to survive (like PA). If so then delete all groups and make that mages can change to bishops and bla bla bla(like this some CPs could fix inside problems). Donators feel.free to play. 2) Or its made for people who failed with class and wants to get better one. But not changing all the time WL-dagger-gladi-archer. Fuking clownfiesta. Assasins,archers,warriors,mages. 3) if its reason 1&2 then make three groups supports,tanks, dd. Lol. Btw it was made on 1.0 where mages solo had insane exp as well as in pt. well, daggers are usually part of melee pts, that means that most of the time they xp with duelist/WL in pt, which also means they xp with same pace, now u could argue that gladi could make his own small aoe pt to xp, and yes, that would be faster than most of warirrior tier classes atm, but i doubt tiers exists there to balance every single xp method u got there example, Th3Lord and SoiL, TH and duelist, keeping near same lvl even on 73+, i dont really see how duelists xp faster if u look at it that way
