Quest Monster Nahir

I went to Elven ruins to kill the Quest Monster which i need to complete my quest . I killed it 10-12 times but it didnt gave me the quest item so i cant finish my quest .Its a bug ?? Or its too difficult to drop the required item ? I am level 21 Warrior
