Actually when you left we had only 4 parties in EU prime which was the lowest. Overall yes, but siege numbers don't really affect day to day gameplay.

Please go ahead and make some excuses about levels,gears,epics and whatever while ganking ppl who want to farm and are usually much lower levels than you.
