What is L2 without a little drama, right bois?

What is the item drop rate of a PK-er? We encountered one he was backed with a 40+ buffer(box). He killed one of the party member (of course in the middle of a train) and then we killed him instantly his name was black (its strange because as I know it supposed to be red but never mind.) He dropped nothing. I find this strange I have played on meny servers in my 10+ years of L2 (official included) and on all of them had serious drop penalty for PK-ers (form fix random drop but I have seen full gear drop weapons and armor included). I don't want to whine because its L2 and the PK is always an option in all ways, but this no drop is just ridiculous, in according to that if a mob kills someone the item drop chance is almost 100% (3/4 times I dropped at least one thing and my friend too). Because of this he just resed himself with the buffer and tried to kill us again now in pvp we killed him and than he just came with his buffer and killed the full party (he resisted all spells of the mage and I did almost 0 damage as well as a warrior and he just windstriked the s@it out of us ).

Привет всем, у меня такая просьба, мне нужна помощ отмыть карму, я сегодня отмывал, но за 3 часа только 110к отмыл, а мне нужно 5.4кк кармы слить, 52 лвл , сами понимаете, в шмоте норм опасно отмывать, в д шмоте это убогий фарм... сливать лвл до 20 тоже нет смысла... может кто не против если на хвост упадуна недельку, напариках ? ну или можно еще как то договориться)

I have a problem with the PK on this server. It happened to me few times, and I realize the whole concept here is very wrong. The players do PK without any reasons and consequences. There are people with thousands of PKs and few PvPs. In general the PK is an essential part of the open world PvP. Every PvP starts with an attempt to PK. But here the PK do not leads to PvP. In general it is griefing of low level players from high level players. This is not L2. This is Tera. In L2 the PK has consequences, and that is why the game is so good. The whole concept with PK scrolls is absurd. It is clear P2W, as you can pay to save time, and to avoid the consequences. With GoD the NCSoft made the PK almost impossible and destroyed the OW PvP, but here I see the opposite extremity. Where is the classic quest system for PK clearance? And do not get me wrong, my problem is not that someone will PK me. The problem is the PK is completely pointless like this. Every noob can PK when there are not consequences.

Are there server rules in place about griefing other players? Today I was killed repeatedly by a high level player in the same zone losing 12% experience points. I understand PK is part of the game and am fine with it, however having someone 20+ levels greater than you fully buffed killing you repeatedly for no reason while exping is ridiculous.
