Let me explain mate
The one time that gm "Solve"that kind of thing was because the items they drop came from botting,so they where illegal 
Now if i Farm A DB FOCUS +10 and i wanna throw it i just throw  it ,noone can tell me what to do with my bow that  spend hours/days/months of playing its my bow
