Devils Isle NPCs - Cursed VS notCursed

NPCs for the quests in Devil's Isle have diferent looks when they are affected by Zaken's curse (wont talk to you) and when they are not affected by Zaken's Curse (will talk to you).

Following this model diferences you can find out if you can or not interact with the NPC you need without having to try them all.

all of them kinda make sense, except, the heck happened with Rissuos, he went 360 from wimpy monk into brave viking warrior @_@

how do i get the 25 pirate's treasure map pieces? quest, mobs or zaken's treasure chest? Help me please.

So it turns out that a quest for 150 pieces, which belongs to another quest, cannot be passed every day?
