when i was rerolling they did it fast. i didnt waited until thuesday . i had to wait for ticket to be read tho :P

problem is they dont read ticket yet  sunday u cannt reroll so its hole....

as long as ticket answering time is inside of the normal window frame announced on forum for the services and tickets itself, there is no reason or right to complain.
