My friend download Client and updater. he did all things you say to do.

Hello. Your friends PC can't show panels like login, options and etc. It can be microsoft c++, dx or else.

Something conflict with our client. But if it will be on our side - no one would able to play.Please step by step check with your friend what you have on your PC like for example microsoft c++, and what he doesn't have.
