Well first of all I don't want to sound greedy, but... I supposedly won the 'Five steps to win' event:

And it has some really nice prizes (7 days premium, a hat...), so I tried to contact both 'Events Clasic' on Skype and directly PM Kse, but I couldn't get reply from neither of them

Any help would be appreciated!
