ı would like to know from the administration of the game, on Olympiad, after using the guard's tali, for some reason, 100% debuff from Phantom Summoners is taken that remove speed and attack speed . This is normal?

Cuz it's not debuff... same as cancel.. works trough guard as well. It was changed on later update on official servers...

Guard is not supposed to block Banes, Benefaction on the other hand is supposed to give high resistance to it (read description), and that doesn't work here.
