​Anchor is 5s in classic. id still go necro over warlock anyday. You might as reroll PS if you want to play strictly summoner. You still have curse death link as a nuke. No cat buff in 2.0 AFAIK. At least mage aoe parties would want at least one necro in their group.

No if you miss a target as a fighter you dont/shouldnt lose soulshots since your skill/attack technically did not hit the target. If you are a mage and you nuke a target, even if your nuke misses, you still technically hit it. i.e. If youre an archer and miss your first hit on a mob, you will not gain agro. However, it is the opposite for mage. Unless classic changed something I am unaware of, this is how it always has been.

How good is this weapon? Ive never used it before, apparently I saw a lot of archers using it on russian classic to level up. Im thinking about getting one for my phantom summoner, any suggestions/thoughts/comments? Is there a way I can see the bleed per tick damage? Does the bleed land on 40+ mobs?

You can easily level with a necro without losing money. Anchor/posion a mob, and have your summon hit it, youre basically playing a better warlock now.

warlock is the worst summoner class right now imho. But you will be one of the few people playing warlock, is if being a hipster is your thing, go for it.
