    There's nothing wrong with adding some donation-related bonuses - it's a free server after all. But every single bonus being strictly and only about depositing cash? Is this really the first impression that we want to give to new players? That if they collectively donate over 1000€ their friend might get a bike? Geez, this reward system is an absolute mess. Keep some of the donation bonuses but rework it so that you don't have to pay extra money to get anything at all out of it.

    yeah it's a tough call, I can hardly imagine a newbie enjoying this game... Most MMOs these games are usually full of features to keep you entertained on your way to endgame, they send you to different locations and do different stuff every X minutes to not let you get bored, you do this quest, you run there, you build yourself a new armor, you ride some godzilla, fly to Moon on unicorn, there's tons and tons of different skills that you upgrade and you have to actually aim them and combo them etc... Meanwhile L2, especially Classic, is basically "ok here's your char, you're going to spend another several weeks to months left-clicking mobs and then we might let you participate in the fun part of this game". 

    L2 Classic was never intended to be a game for newbies, it's strictly aimed at oldschool players.

    The thing is, of course not everything is perfect, but right now, things simply aren't broken enough that they would need to be changed. :)

    You might have a truth in certain aspects, but the problem is that with every change you're risking that things go awry, so you end up putting resources into something that actually makes the game worse - it might, it might not. But right now, server is very healthy, the online is one of the highest it's ever been and players are having fun. If it's not broke - don't fix it! :D

    I've noticed that the timers are funky, sometimes when you're online during the time it's supposed to reset it doesn't reset at all until the next reset (works same way for daily tasks like hunting bonus). Anyway one enchant should be enough, if it doesn't work on first time then it's broken and just wait for another reset :)

    Hmm I guess it's something new, haven't heard of this until now... I see you're one of the early birds from 2k15 - did you recieve some promo mail or did you decide to check in on your own and the message randomly popped up? They may be experimenting with some sort of 'returning hero' rewards, it would be pretty cool.

    Anyway welcome back, it's always good to see some old names.

    Dayum, not even one improved scroll? Pretty brutal.

    But anyways, as much as I think it's counterproductive to make events so poor that it actually discourages people from playing, it's not a big issue when the online is as good as it is now. On the other hand I think these kind of events should cease to exist at the first sign of population decreasing, because no event at all would probably do less damage. If it's so important to not give server anything of value (which is a wrong attitude btw.), then just skip the poor events and make few good ones, it would probably help the server much more.
