    You realize Othell rune has incorrect values in huge ass table there because they had it wrong coded on frontend and they were showing these values wrong even on weapon description, right? Oh wait, i guess you dont. That example is like comparing working skill with wrong description or broken skill with right description, you cannot just compare those but you need to find different sources to confirm which one is actually typo/not working.

    To tell the truth, i like it like this. If nobody has access to it, its much better for gameplay, because positioning becomes much more important during pvp. Guys attacking from hill dont only get bonus in stats but also they are much harder to target than guys attacking from below. Obviously this is good when nobody has access to unlimited zoom, but once there is some file running around, then its crap


  4. Isnt it restricted 1 client per PC? Whats the point of making it 40+, when you cannot log 10 accounts with lvl 1 just to fish. And when you buy 10 PAs, i think you deserve to be able to put anything to fish (eventho if you have PA on account, i doubt you wouldnt have higher lvl character).

    + Newbies can sell fishes to old players to get some extra money.

    This one seems as stupid suggestion.


  5. Generally speaking deleting old topics from forum is bad. Yes, it messes up search function (which most people dont use anyway), however then you see servers with auto deletion topics and when you go to their forum you see 6 topics in recruitment section and 12 topics in general topic, which isnt really appealing to newcomers.

    But its absolutely unfair for a people who werent informed about that changes, who lost hundreds of hours and lots of real money targeting for a party support profession, and suddenly got a secondary damage dealer for low-level not-so-good party. That wasnt their choice. And that never happend even on custom Lineage servers - player classes were buffed or nerfed, but never changed from one role to another. Tanks always were tanks, Supports always were a Supports, and so on. 

    People didnt seem to complain when party summons were added and their role from summoner as secondary DD/secondary healer changed to buff support/cleanser. Or? Hopefully even you can see how big game changing addition is this and how they screw up pvps, especially at this update. Just to give you idea: Song of renewal from sws 77 third class is giving 20% skill cooldown reduction, 78 lvl Song of champion gives 10% skill cooldown reduction AND now you take gift of seraphim? BAM, 30% cooldown reduction from lvl 56, good, good. Lets take Blessing of queen? Chant of Victory gives 15% crit rate/dmg and guess what? Blessing gives 25% crit rate and 20% crit damage from lvl 56. Seems legit, right? Not to say that strongest spell in current version, silence, which is debuff you cannot get rid off for 60s, disabling any caster from whole fight can be cleansed by PARTY CLEANSE, even our bishop is complaining how useless he is because he cannot do anything once people get debuffed because of lack of cleanse, but hey, enemies have running pony spamming this cleanse and they are good to go.

For full items you can calculate how much you would spent if you crafted the item (buying everything from market), then scaling it with 60% success chance and you get general idea how much the item costs +-. Ofc thing that full drops from mobs exists, it lowers the prices of certain items, especially those which drop in crowded places.

    I think you are not only class like that. I believe Destros will get this kind of nerf as well. They had their Frenzy boosted (because nobody played them? or idk, i found other topic where they were literally thinking to add rush to them), but i believe frenzy will get to work off like and even if they had added rush, it would be getting deleted as well, and i doubt same kind of cry topic would appear (or if, then i wouldnt bet that community would support destros in that kind of topic).

    To put it right, it was customly added to balance summoners, however with incomming boosts to this class, custom boosts are not needed to keep the class "alive", because they will be strong enough to find their place.

    Balance is changing from update to update, some classes are getting boosts, some are getting nerfs, some suddenly become good in CP. If your party suddenly doesnt need summoner in party composition, you have same services as any other player, class change it. I dont know why you should be getting anything free to be honest.

    PS: By no means this is "sudden" change from what i found on search, people were complaining about this quite for some time already how these summons and cubics are ruining pvp balance and that there is quite big chance that they will do something about it when 2.0 is released. Lack of knowledge/information is by no means server problem.

    Am i missing something or archers started to AoE kariks nowadays? Dagger can farm fine if you know locations and party setups to farm, especially after 2.0 (in the end, this suggestion is for 2.0+)

    I posted them to show how is the summoner playstyle without these custom pets, because people here cry "oh, you take this summons, summoners useless, gg, gj admins" while they obviously dont know what they are saying.

    As i said and it stays, summoners are one of the strongest classes in 2.0. This kind of "nerf" isnt nonsense, it was nonsense to add them in the first place.

    You say it yourself - Even with "infinite mana" and damage from both summon and summoner 1st prof skill nuking it will be still not enough to be a primary DD class. So in which side it should be primary then? 

    And again - you're talking about 76+ lvl so casually, like theres no gameplay at lower lvls. 
    Besides, not much people consider current PS mass cubics as a good reason for partying with it. Pony or Cat are invited mostly because of their buffs. Nerfing already not-ver-demanded debuff is the last nail in the summoners coffin.

    That was totally predictable from that kind of person. Some obvious lies, and accusing others of laziness and wrong gamestyle, without even knowing them personally.

    Yes, summoner is summoner, you cannot make from him mage, you cannot make from it melee, its secondary in many things, but thats whats its like, he can change his playstyle considering what party he is, he can make extra heals, he can make extra damage with nukes, he can make some crow controls and thats the beauty of summoner.

    Second paragraph is answered here ^, but you know why summoner is called secondary DD? Because it doesnt have burst dmg, thats all. Overall summoner is perfectly scaled for long lasting fights, you can see on videos that when everybody is oom from party, summoner is there with half mp, doing whatever he wants with rest of enemies running around without mp being useless, but DPS like he would be considerable with other DDs, especially after 77 lvl.

    Summoner is xped as melee character, i am pretty sure at 2.0 with pet ss and crystal dagger with othel rune you will make more than enough DPS, but i understand its much easier to pve as buff bot using 1 buff every 5 mins than playing it actively to assist and do something.

    Yes, i am definitely lying. I dont know what i am talking about and all these are just my imagination. Feel free to check summoner videos from after 2.0 and then maybe we can speak how useful/useless they are?

    CP based on summoners on all DDs

    You can come talk about how summoners are like in 2.0 once you played on normal server with so implemented changes, but honestly, you look like you know jackshit what is their playstyle and how you should play them, because summoners are one of the most op classes in 2.0 update. (it was proved in official tournament, same conditions for parties, summoner party won the tournament)

    Thats hilarious. Any DD class does x3 much damage even without skills, compared to summon output, and its a fact. Difference will slightly reduce after pets get SS, but its still wont be enough to play a DD role in a party. Even though summoners can Nuke (only 1st prof skill), Heal (lvl1 Battle heal) and DEBUFF (has no 2nd prof debuff skills, besides cubics, which are going to be nerfed aswell)
     

     

    Did I say somewhere there is no point of having summoners now in a party? We're talking about 2.0 update, wake up, and stop making things up.
    Thats probably how you imaginated that summoners have debuff skills.

     

    Thats probably true, but with current l2classic.club update dynamics it will take from 3 to 5 years to get to this point. 

    Summoners, pp, paladin - secondary healers

    Bards - secondary tanks

    Summoners, warlord, SR - secondary DDs

    Yep, i definitely came up with this term (not to say there are more which i could write if i had all classes in front of me)

    Feel free to calculate 60 lvl dmg of summon hitting with ss and summoner nuking non stop at same time, i am pretty sure you will make dps close to other DDs, but its lacking burst damage, thus its jus secondary DD.

    Only mass cubics are getting nerfs, not your own cubics, so summoners debuffs are - warrior bane, mage bane, spark cubic, aqua cubic, anchor cubic, hex cubic, which as everyone knows can be resummoned AND controlled if you know mechanics of your own class, so its not random target random trigger.

    When i said that there is point to have them even now in pt, i meant even w/o custom crap, but as secondary DD/healer/debuffer with infinite mp.

    Its sad how clueless ppl are about classics chronicle and how they are too lazy to change their playstyle from buffbot to something useful.

    If i should think about having 2.0 here, why dont others do same? Why you need this summoner buffs? I heard they were added to compensate summoners for not having shots, but they are getting those, they are literally one of the strongest classes on 2.0 update on official (olympiad, party vs party wise, 1vs1 and ES even mass pvp wise).

    Sorry, but these custom summons are highly ruining proper pvp over 60+ lvl and keeping them for sake that randoms wont need to log ee/se makes no sense to me.

  16. @Asterra just because you consider summoners as supports like now and cannot imagine them being useful in pt after 2.0, i would say you are close-minded. On classic summoners are no longer buff bots like they used to be in IL or H5, but they are considered as secondary DDs. Their summons pre 77 make enough annoying dmg while dont forget they can nuke/heal/debuff meanwhile, but after 77 their summons and banes are pretty insane. Also i would argue there is + to have them even now in pt instead of mage. I dont know whose video was it, but in fight in loa the enemy mage pt had summoner (i think it was @Lafi), he was wrecking everyone because everybody was oom except him, because he has access to infinite mana.

    Ps. Dont forget in future patches summoners will be able to lvl up first class nukes until 80 lvl, so they will be basically nukers with TP, cubics, insane summons and debuffs.

    When there are 1000 cakes with different frosting but only 1 plain bread, the plain bread is the one which is special and wanted. There are many java buglands servers which are promoted as cakes "super duper working", if people prefer them, they are free to go i believe.


  18. I dont know why you are trying to get around it with nerfs instead of removing. Like this you are digging your own grave, because what if someone finds way how to exploit them even with these changes? Will you nerf them again? Will you remove them? Both ways people will be enraged because you nerfed them already at 2.0 and that its "unfair". Like infinite MP isnt enough for them on low lvls.

    same thing in abg, if u dmg the mobs they will stun you alot more then if u dont(u can still get stunned without reflect but it happens alot less)

    I thought this was basic knowledge since Interlude when Tezza necklace was introduced and mirage from TH was exploited hard with it. Guess i was wrong.


  20. Isnt test server still running? If you are so sure something is changed, you can contact san0 and agree with him to provide you enchant scrolls/weapons (like 1k enchant scrolls if needed) and you can show real statistics, not your unlucky one.

    From what people said here, looks like you made some really good overenchanted weapons. Was there topic with statistics and that maybe the enchant is too high back then? I dont think so ;) .

    5. Agreed that having an open world PvP/PK is awesome and would never suggest preventing it. All I would tackle are high level players griefing lower levels. I mean allowing 70 levels to attack 5x has no real purpose in this game. Somebody likes PK ? Np mate go and find ppl on similar level and prove your fighting skills on them, instead of attacking some lowbies who CAN'T kill you even if you DC :)

    4) I can tell you even if the bosses would be max level, what exactly would change? People would still xp twinks which are most suitable for killing certain boss (a.k.a. as they did in old chronicles when they had twink mages 76+ for valakas, 76+ destros for tezza, etc.), except that first initial fight would happen with main characters, which are often brought even in lowbie epics, so i dont think there is big difference.

    5) It has real purpose. If you know your enemy is xping twinks, you want to make hell of their life, thus with such protection as u described, it would be impossible to do so. Also sometimes randoms can piss you as well (e.g. they will come to your spot and try to pick up adena, make some damage on trains, flame you in towns), so why not pking them as well to show them not to get on high horse next time.

    Changing or adding these kind of features can harm the gameplay actually. So best option i would suggest is that people who are getting harassed should try to get the zoom patch, so they can see higher lvl character from the bigger distance so they can react properly to it.
