premium account isnt a service but i item you can purchase in game.
services topic only mentions services that are made not by the player and out of game.

With next restart:
Event mobs ( Infinite Fighters ) will spawn in the middle of each room to prevent them from running out the room. -

- Fixed reason for the latest server crash.

1) Fixed Augmentation for S weapons.
Event:
1) Changed how Event Arenas are checking if it's not occupied.
2) Fixed PVP zones in each Arena.
3) Removed Ice Crystal Shard drop from Infinite Figher.
4) Infinite Fighter now spawn in exact spot of last dead fighter, so they won't spawn outside of the zone.
5) Infinite Fighters are now agressive. -
- FIXED causing issue of latest crash.
- Event items drop (Ice Crystal Shards) increased 3 times (3 items will drop from mob)

After many requests and considerations ALL exp boosts from achievement system will be scrapped from server start and strix wont give exp scrolls and her quests will have lower EXP reward.

all exp boost will be scraped. exp scrolls and runes from achievement system will be removed.
as for strix we will leave the npc in game with the daily quests but she also wont be giving exp scrolls and the reward for the daily quests will be further decreased.

- Fixed problem behind the latest server crash.
- Premium accounts will no longer override eachother, they will instead extend time.
EX:
before, if you had premium 30 days with 10 days missing and purchase new premium it would override this time
after, if you have premium 30 days with 10 days missing and purchase new premium it will now extend that time to the total of whats left on old one and what you buy.

Like maybe can only log in 1 account per IP per 30 minutes. That way you can't relog a PP/SWS/Bd.
I agree x1 rates with a lower death penalty (especially in pvp/clan war) is much more preferable than x3 with a huge death penalty.
I think we should do...
- 2 Accounts per IP
- Lower exp rates to x2 or x1
- Lower Death Penalty (significantly lower in case of Clan War)
- Lower Raid Boss Exp, increase Raid Boss Drops (make them pvp objectives for Gear rather than methods to plvl someone)
If we do all that, we have a pretty good long term server that encourages open world pvp
about IP limitations kse already explained it well so not much to touch there. its not a viable option.
about exp on death, with clan war people already gets half exp loss + ch another half + x% if they use death penalty scroll.
bosses will have lower EXP then on TIx3 or in classic later patches.
