  1. i would be happy with mana or hp regen potions dropped by mobs, but that's just me regarding other additions: exp buffs limited only to levels 1~20 and 21~40 could be fine too, just to let new comers( or returning people like myself ) level up faster and catch up with the average playerbase levels. people will still have to grind their way up to 70 in any case, but at least it will be a bit less painful for new people, and it will also help older clans that are still recruiting new players for PvE or PvP. as for free stuff like the NG weapons: as long as it's time-limited( wich means that it will delete itself after X amount of days ) and only up to D grade, it shouldn't be a problem. anything else would be too much, especially because after reaching lv 40, you're supposed to have enough adena to get gear by yourself, and eventually a clan that can help you with that too.
  2. the "problem" of EEs is that they're mostly suited for PvP due to resist shock, wich is not really a problem, it's just that majority of people are dumb, or they just prefer classes with better PvE buffs( basicly VR for melees or Empower for mages ). as for buffs, recharge and heals, a SE will probably always have priority in PvE compared to EE. even prophets have more offensive stuff, considering berserk and haste. any clan that is focused on PvP and wants to be really competitive will probably need EEs soon or later. however, since in classic there's no mana or hp regen potions dropped by mobs, any low lv mage/fighter will probably be looking for rechargers after hitting lv20, since the self hp/mp regen is slow as a sloth on sand. classic isn't a game for solo players anyway. you just need to find a clan with people that aren't too spoiled to actually help you.
