Phoenix is fail moderator and gives warnings for no reason, everyone no matter the side knows that. You can check he gave warning to uchiha for answering a noob question and being helpful LUL. ​When i started playing on this server during the summer u weren't actively playing and i didn't see any impact on the server, as a matter of fact its most acive players that ever have been playing here. ​We had 5 parties in 1st fight and one half party more on 2nd fight so around 50 people. Lets see how many people you had just on this screenshot: Im either blind or around 65-70 so atleast 2 more parties. It's good fatal counter got "fixed" to one shot people, so you can finally not PR and fight.

​Honestly server is very active, a lot of activity on 30-60 zones too , like no free fucking spot at 4 am in europe. You will find CP very easily with all classes but dagger and destro and if you want to play dagger you can buy bow and exp on raid boss parties. So play whatever you like most.

You really need to have a char to look for a CP, unless u are looking to drive. Leveling here is slow and painful. If a lvl 50 party recruits you depending on how much time you play per day it could take you a weeks or even months to catch up with them. Making it pointless for them to wait for you.

I also got oneshot for 9k dmg with songs up by a player that has never killed me or would never kill me in a party vs party setting before, yet still was probably mine and my party's mistake that we didnt identify before the pvp the enemy PR was lowered before the pvp. It's a double edged sword to balance FC, if it was like before it's uselss as fuck, if its like now, it's very op if used smartly like lowering yourself before massive pvps where u cant get targeted down fast enough and if if it's somewhere in between it would probably not be worth to use it over double shot. Whatever they do with that skill , someone will always be unhappy for variety of reasons.

Okey first of all i'd like to state that this thread has NOTHING to do with the mental shield change that occurred on the 23th of January. As i've tested it over a few thousand times to acquire data on various skills and at least on the necromancer Curse Fear i can safely report that it's working as intended and cuts the chance by half. So if a debuff has a 50% land rate it would land 25% of the time. This thread however has everything to do with the base chance of the necromancer curse fear which currently after that fix , intentionally or not has the wrong base values as stated here by san0 himself in a conversation with me: I have searched and asked for official data because i believe that it should be 70% and after the fix it's not working as intended, i've conducted numerous tests and all of them have fear landing around 46.5% to 48.5% based on 10 tests of 500 fears and around 21% on targets with mental shield equal or lower level. From the various experiments performed on classic i've collected the following data that proves my point CORRECT that necromancer's fear base land rate is 70%: Against same target level necro 74 vs enemy target 74: This data is taken from the thread that experiments if wit has any influence on debuff land rate and as you can see it does. Going from 10 to 22 wit is around 5% difference. It's safe to say that depending on your wit the base chance of fear vs equal level target without mental shield is around ~70%. Thread source: https://4gameforum.com/threads/615413/ As you can see all the official data points out that the base fear land rate vs players of all kinds of levels equal or lower should be around 70% and not as it is now on our live server 50%.Factoring the recent hotfix to mental shield, fear should land at 35% on targets with mental shield and not sub 25%. To sum it up I think i have provided sufficient evidence based on OFFICIAL data that the base land rates of necromancer debuffs before mental shield should be as follows: Curse fear = 70% Silence = 90% Anchor = 90%

They have healing spells and you should kill them if you want to win a party pvp.

Hell half of my party is russian and they do still speak in english. The problem in this poll is that you cant understand which option is for what since the english is so bad you can't know if he is talking about the version before admins fixed it to match the official game or you are voting for the admins to fix the current version back to the old one. So make proper effort on the poll or gtfo and go cry somewhere else.

​don't think so i fought him 2-3 more times after that clip as well, i just didn't play that fight well so it took so long , but i still put it in just because i thought it was fun. He had songs so he ran away far from my silence range at the start so i tried to kill him instead which was a mistake in retrospective, but since i didn't play for many months i wasn't sure what level he is and if debuffs woul dwork etc
