Yes it is.. it doesn't give any stats. It's not like a castle cloak, hero cloak or any other. It's a visual item.

Well, it's an unfortunate situation.. since as this poll is being made late into the season, a lot of people are going to vote no if they already have one, and also vote no if they can't afford one themselves.. which is a little unfair but that's the way of it!
Once again, this will only give cosmetic items to people.. at a cost which will only benefit the server. I saw San0 comment on a post a while ago about how the majority of the servers income comes from people doing class changes etc, why not cosmetic items? They don't affect gameplay and some people are more than willing to purchase them.
Lets see how people vote!

I thought I'd make a poll here.. since I'm sure people will feel both ways!
Before posting and flaming.. please keep in mind that it's Christmas, so lets try keep with the Christmas spirit and be friendly! <3
With the new Santa event (Which is great by the way) I'm seeing a lot of people (myself included) really want to get a cape.. with good reason, they're gorgeous! .. However as it is the holiday season and a lot of us are spending time with our families, children and loved ones.. we don't have the time to commit to obtain one of these lovely capes .. and even if we did, unfortunately we aren't all blessed by RNG!
I'm suggesting that the capes be added to the CoL store at a high price, this way making them obtainable for those that are willing to help the server out a little for them and also help the server in the new year!
I see a couple possibilities.
1) Add them to the store for a high amount of COL. - This is to lower the overall amount of CoL already present on the server, and in the long run will encourage more CoL purchases which should in turn, bring in more donations and help the staff of Classic Club!
2) Add them in with a new Christmas custom currency.. which can only be purchased at Christmas and cannot be traded. This will mean some manual work for the staff here (similar to the way paypal purchases are processed via skype) however this will mean that EVERY cape purchased will provide instant income for the server, meaning no one will be able to use a stack of CoL's stored up.. and the server gets instant income for their new year!
If you feel like there are any other possibilities, please feel free to post! However I please ask that you be realistic, and don't ask capes to be added for adena or something similar.. they're gorgeous items, and while I would like everyone to have a chance of getting them.. we must also be prepared to pay the price and help the server where we can for the new year!

it's a big opportunity for admin team to make some $$ at christmas.. Only have the items in for a week untill event ends, put them in for 300-400 COL.. easy money and lots of happy customers. Win win win.

Nope. It's via the character transfer option. You can place the cloak on a level 1 character and then using a support ticket pay for your character to be transferred to another account.
I've asked San0 on skype, and he's said this is allowed.

oh.. I see. However, if I'm lets say.. fully PP buffed and my pet dies and then I resummon, my pet will still have full PP buffs, correct? @Mr.Velik

Just a quick question!
Do summoned pets retain buffs after dying and being resummoned?
I.E if I am buffed with 'MIght' and my pet dies, when I re summon the pet, will it also be buffed with might?
Also, in addition to the above question, have summons stats been reduced/modified in any way? I understand this server isnt 100% true to official classic files.. For example, has the Patk of Cats/Ponies etc etc been reduced/changed at all?

If to implement both systems is hard/impossible, then I would have to go for automatic one (sadly) so i can exp while at work or sleeping to catch up top lvls.
Everything about this comment is disgusting. No offence buddy, but L2 is a game where you get out what you put in. If you expect AFK XP & Fishing, I suggest try Black Desert.

Dyes
1) +12 dyes were the only thing that made classic unique besides this dumb XP curve. You might as well just revert everything to interlude now.I actually agree with this. Maybe just make +8 maximum possible as a good middle ground?
Nerfs
1) Nerf horror - REASON: Broken skill. Literally spammable in olympiad.
2) Remove glads ranged stun - REASON: Gladiators are broken, they need a nerf. This skill is SPAMMABLE and RANGED needing NO charges. It basically gave stun shot to gladiator.Horror isnt spammable, it has a 2 second reuse.. and it's the only reason to play DA right now. Also necro does have a literally spammable (0 sec reuse) fear, along with many other CC's, huge damage and pets. Horror is fine. It makes DA the only competitive tank along with SK.
Events
1) Get rid of shitty event rewards - REASON: Grinding for 50+ hours and I get a SOE? Really? Why even have the events? It just makes players mad. I'd rather get a guidance buff scroll than a 500 adena SOE/Rezz. Its just insulting at this point.I find the events fun.
Buffs
1) Buff destros frenzy/rage - REASON: No reason to play this shitty class.There are 3 variations of frenzy NCSOFT made throughout lineage 2.
The first was an insane patk bonus once you were below 30% hp. However with this frenzy, you could heal up to full hp and still have the full effect. (C1-INTERLUDE)
Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I0zp_OnDtKkThe second frenzy was the same thing, however if your hp went above 30%, you would only get half the effect of frenzy. (HELLBOUND?-GOD)
They decided to add dashes to the game, so having the original frenzy was unable to fit their new gameplay ideology. So they nerfed it to hell.The third frenzy is the worst of the 3. Instead of giving a huge patk bonus. It gives you stats you dont need, like attack speed. With a fraction of the patk bonus. (GOD-CLASSIC).
We are proposing that you change it to the first/second frenzy, because the classic frenzy is very bad.
Agree on boosting the shit out of frenzy. You should see a Titan next to you and shit your pants and start running. The whole point is that they're weak.. and then they get close and you eat shit.
XP Curve
1) Increase xp rates to 4x
2) Increase xp rates for players under level 45 to 4x or 5x
3) 4x or 5x exp weekends
REASON: I would strongly suggest implementing one of these. It will still be insanely hard to level. Noobies NEED to level faster. Its a fact. Its ridiculously hard to find a party 1-40. They see that the 1-40 zones are empty and quit.
REBUTTALS: "OMG BUT THIS SERVER IS HARDC0r3333". If you want real hardcore, go play diablo. I honestly don't see how any actual new player is going to catch up now that there is no level limit. Maybe by 2018 they can start pvping? LULAgree on making it easier for new players. Don't think rates should be 4x
Newbies
Add a full d grade newbie set bundle along with buff scrolls/shots/consumables/xp boosters.
REASON: You guys want new players? Its almost impossible to find a party level 1-40. Its harder now than ever to level up a new character.
Since everyone in this game is an elitist asshole, if you try to join a level 20+ party (If there is one), and you don't have a d grade weapon. /kick from party.
REBUTTALS: "The d grade market will be ruined" - THERE IS NO D GRADE MARKET FOR NEWBIES. Its +6 brig helmets that go for 5kk!
Everyone who is playing the game is either a smurf or level 50+. If you're a new player, congratz you're a unicorn!
"THEY GET FREE NO GRADE WEAPON!!!" - TOTALLY USELESS AFTER LEVEL 20! Only lasts for a week!Give new players free shit. Cant see any down side to that.

I think there is a difference between donating maybe.. 20 or 30 euros or spending hundreds. I only speak for myself, but I'm not some huge 'donator'.. I think your argument is a little unfair.
I'm not flaming anyone, everyone is entitled to their own opinion! That's why I made this thread .. However please allow some of us to voice ours, too.. without suggesting some 'solution' that is honestly a bit insulting.
