So one day I wanted to log into my offline trader accoount and noticed it got banned. From the attached conversation you can see that I got banned for botting. I know that I didn't bot. I played for that character for like 40 minutes. Levelled it to level 15 and just parked it at MDT and started selling stuff. So how the heck I got banned for botting when I know I didn't bot? Do you really just randomely BAN people? Did this happened do somebody else as well? I don't care about getting the ban removed from this character as it's only a trader with no value to me. But what absolutely blows my mind is how could I got banned for botting when I know that I wasn't using any bots or automation programmes? As you can see from the attached image I tried to at least get the information what exactly did I do or what was used or some kind of video or something. Anything that would help me to avoid this happening to my other characters which I care about - but all I got is: "Ban is justified and that's it"? How is this a valid support? Can somebody explain to me what might be the cause of a ban? Because again... I know I wasn't using any bots or automation programs... And I got nothing from this "support" why was the cause of a ban. I'm absolutely disappointed by provided support and how my issue was handled. And also the response time is absolutely insane…

Yesterday I was banned. And today I got that, as answer to my ticket. Your character/account was blocked for violation rules of the server: Players are not allowed to: 1.1 Use any kind of tool or 3rd party software (l2control, l2walker, l2ranger, l2tower, l2phx, l2net, l2Wx, ACP, hLapex,Uopilot, or any other), which allows to automate the game process or overcome game client restrictions. This as well concerns mouse/keyboard drivers, allowing the character to perform game operations while the player is away from PC. 1.1.1 Be in one party with a player, who uses 3rd party software. If such abuser is detected, the full party will be punished." It's your 1st violation, so you have a chance to remove it. As I di not use any kind of third party software in the game, I wonder how the support team got to that conclusion. And the answer is: imagination. I use automatic targeting macro in the game, but very simple without any delays, so I actually click for attack. Also I farm in the best case white mobs, usually yellow and red. I play with DA, so I do not use shots, as I even can farm without a weapon. But the panther uses shots. And yesterday I was in Blazing Swamp, with the lvl 70 character, on self buff. Some tyrant run around and tried to KS mobs, and even attacked me. But I did not respond, as he was with buffer there. Probably he made the report. I do not know. After he hit me, I ignored him, went and took some drops instead to hit back, and then I was disconnected. Nobody PM me, and I do not read the white chat. And that is how I became a bot. I almost never use shots, except in PvP, and it seems this is a problem for some people. Yesterday another idiot - I was with buffer in Silent valley, said he reported me, because I do not use shots, and my buffer healed me. Well that is a macro too. A click a key on a wireless keyboard and amazingly it happens. Before that I was killed, with the buffer from the mobs, as I started attack and went to drink some water. It's stupid, but does not violate any rules, and the mobs were yellow. Then another guy asked me why I do not use shots, and I explained him, that shots cannot turn the tank into DD, and the buffer is lvl 58. I was not banned And now you want me to pay to lift the ban. This is not a problem, but how I can be sure the next time some guy with good imagination thinks - no shots, ignorant - bot, I will not be banned again? And do not start with bullshit about the superpowers of the support team - in the moment I was banned even the autotargeting macro was turned off.

Can you help me unlock my account? I was in the game and I opened the Adrenaline, I started it and they prohibited me without using it, I just opened it. Please, my CP is going to kill me .. I am not an Adrenaline user, it was curiosity.

Доброго времени суток, уважаемая администрация! Проблема заключается в следующем: Посадил персонажа ("FakePrincess") на оффлайн торговлю, указал неверную информацию в описании продажи. После чего узнал, что персонаж был забанен... Возможно ли получить разбан? Ведь ничего существенного нарушено не было... Процесс игры не был затронут. Хотелось бы вернуть то, что было в инвентаре данного персонажа, т.к. там много чего нужного... Сам персонаж не так важен. Он был создан для торговли/споила и т.д. С нетерпением жду вашего ответа, уважаемая администрация. Заранее спасибо! P.S. или куда можно обратиться с таким вопросом, если я не по теме?...

Was playing with 2 different machines and got banned my buffer, did u check hwid or ban everyone who makes follow u in game?

Some of your players playing, but they are at banlist... WTF? Player loh still playing and botting very well, to check bot or not just hit mobs, spoiled by him and he don't sweep, by if you not hit his mobs, he will sweep. And some others. But i reported them 2 times... no result or bothunters at vacation?

Hi every1, I've been levelling a EE on the server and it's been fun to experience the hard L2 =P Problem is, my machine runs on linux. So I'm worried about the recent changes on anti-bot software. Will my system be ok with it, or can I possibly be banned? BTW my worries are mostly because I can't get past proxy selection screen atm =P On official NA servers, mandatory use of gameguard have recently been implemented (main reason among many why I left them), but then the only thing that would happen is not being able to login. Thanks and keep up the good work o/
