I was just wondering what the values are of level 1/2 cat buff here. Thanks. (crit rate/damage amount)

if the buffs haven't been changed from the previous chronicles, then it would be:

Blessing of Queen 1	Critical +25%, Critical Damage +20%
Blessing of Queen 2	Critical +27%, Critical Damage +22%
Blessing of Queen 3+	Critical +30%, Critical Damage +25%

but as i said, i don't know if they've been changed in classic, so don't take that for guaranteed.

​it had changed, here is custom buffs from summons, in any other classic they are not excist.

and about the feline, max lvl to learn is 66 no 68 (here)

The only thing it was changed was the fact you cant learn the later levels of pet there for not having access to buff lvl 3. 

About the exact  numbers i cant say for sure without checking the skill data but i believe its same as it was before so most likely that info from pm fun back then stil aplies.
