Skills that i should skip as a SPS ? and about weapon mastery.

Recommended Posts

It's impossible to learn all skill at L2 classic. So which skill should i skip ? I want to focus more on learing PvP Skills since my SpS is already up to 60
This is my skip list:
Armor mastery - Just gain a little def
Higher mana gain - It's only increased like 1-2 MP/recharge per level, already stop lvl it at lv 15
Anti magic - I Stop lvl at lv 22 because i don't have any more SP for it
Mana Boost - I stop at lv 5 because it's only increased 10 mp at lv 6
Aura Flare + Aura Bolt + Aqua Splash + Ice Wall - I stop lvling it when i hit 60, no SP left
Curse: Weakness: because people told me this skill is useless
Sleep: 10s casting - no for me
Sleeping cloud: 15s casting - i may need it for GvG or siege but i just leave it at lv 1 atm

another question is about passive: weapon mastery
is it worth to lvl ? do it have any lv modifier or just increased flat m.atk ? (i check my stat when lvl it at it's adding an flat amount to my m.atk, not sure about modifier)

btw
am i miss any important pvp skill for my SpS ?
i try to max:
Frost Bolt
Ice Dagger
Cancel
Freezing Shackle

Hi!

In my opinion, you should skip Curse: Weakness; Sleep; Sleeping Cloud; Aura Flare. I would also skip Freezing Shackle.

Level up your passives; level up Hydro, Frost, Ice, Cancel. Frost is good for PVP when the situation arises. Ice Dagger is a great skill to kite/initiate with in PVP because of its potential to M. Crit. Hydro blast is an obvious. Oh, and level up those lighting bolts as well. I've forgotten the real skill name, but it's a good slap in the face for PVP as well when the situation arises. Level up your reflect shield as well. Was it Freezing Skin? Oh, my memory..

Passives can wait after your main skills, I guess. You'll always be able to level up everything--it just takes time. It also depends on your style of play: are you PVP or PVE oriented? And so on.

My two cents! Hope it helps you.

Skip cancel also, if u need it u can pick it later, but it cancels only 3 skills max.

Just pick wep mastery from passive, hydro, ice dagger and the one that gives slow. THen all aoes and freezing skins. THats it. With other SP level up what u need the most.

It's a flat modifier.

Depends on your weapon - if you got low or mid C weapon then I'd pick it, if you have top C or even ++wep then I'd prefer other skills :) (of course also depends on your own experience - if you have mobs which sometimes survive with slightiest ammount of HP after being hit 2 or 3 times, then it's worth trying to fix it with few points in weapon mastery)

guys, thanks for your opinions

I got few more question
1 m.atk at my stat exactly only does 1 more dmg also the same with armor mastery will reduce only 1 dmg ?
is magic slow, bleed effect success rate against higher level targets are greatly reduce just like stun like this ?

Works two ways. You will also resist debuffs from higher levels.

Hah, caught me off the guard, never thought about it this way... But I doubt it, I don't have game open right now but I think you do much more damage per 'point of atk'
