Ignore Shield (Important)

Okay this is important cause there are too many warriors out there with these skills and too many players with shields, so it needs to be done quick! (Knew something was wrong..)Thanks.

nice, i couldnt be bothered by it when i tested those skills for crit effect, i am not using shield -> i dont really care   but its bugged

Also for some reason pp with base con, shielddef 90℅ of deadly blows. I think its not correct
