Because like original post says. When I try to auction headgear item it says "this item cant be put up for auction" 

So how come theres an headgear on the auction while you cant put it up?

Webers will check, but all Hats are removed and was alwayes rejected to sell via auction.

i am pretty sure i saw refined jester hat in auction 3-4 days ago for like 5-10 euro (together with other hats, but about this i am sure)

"all hats are removed" - as I told, new support approved them by mistake.

i guess he was new guy and somehow thought its possible while it wasnt

then your item got to the hands from old support team who knew its not possible, thus he rejected it

I Have never been able to put up headgear for auction. So I try again because I see headgear on auction. So then it says "this item cannot be sold on the auction". 
So I still couldnt do it. But how did the item get on it then. Why would someone else be able to do it and not me? 
Support has nothing to do with accepting it. Because it gets automatically rejected.
And thus why would this not happen for others?

oh, thats different story  tho it wouldnt be first time shady things happen in auction so w/e

Only some of the hats can be put on auction house, but we don't want them on auction.
