Can't login in game

Hi i m trying to log in the game on the character i created some times ago a lvl 9 dwarf but i get this from the log file.

the client crash everytime i updated many time.

ps : (re isntall windows is not a option)

This server is not 4game , maybe you did a mistake ?

Redownload the client and install it.

On what step you have this problem?

I downloaded the entire game + patch 10 min ago,

My client crash again when i clic on login.

The client just shut down with no error screen

I downloaded the client+extracted+ extracted the patch + launch the updater + start button

you write wrong login or pasw

i created a new account and it work.

it seem that my previous account have been blocked because of the multiple login try.

It was a 9 lvl character

the autoban after typing your credentials wrong 3 times in a row expires after 15mins.
